Yes. "Clear aligners", "invisible braces", "invisible aligners", "dental aligners" and "transparent braces" all generally refer to the same thing — a series of clear plastic trays that gradually move teeth into alignment without metal brackets or wires.

For mild to moderate alignment cases, yes. For severe skeletal cases or major bite issues, traditional or self-ligating Damon braces may give better control. We honestly recommend the right option after assessment — sometimes braces are the better choice.

Minor alignment cases typically complete in 3–6 months. Moderate to complex cases take 12–18 months. After your free digital scan, we give you an accurate personalised timeline.

20–22 hours per day for treatment to stay on schedule. Remove only to eat, drink (anything other than plain water), brush, and floss. Most patients adapt within a few days.

At-home impression kits often produce ill-fitting trays, and treatment without proper diagnostic exam (X-ray + clinical assessment) can miss problems and worsen them. Reported outcomes range from incomplete movement to gum recession and root damage. In-person, dentist-led treatment costs more but the safety margin is significantly higher.
